| II. Job Summary:Responsible for managing the company's continuous improvement projects. Including coaching and training various departments to identify continuous improvement projects, coaching various departments to make project registration forms and registration management, regularly collect and report the data of each project activity, regularly report the project progress of each department and request the department which didn't hit the target to analyze and improve, and calculate the performance of each project, calculating monthly project income and project member bonuses according to regulations, and organizing “monthly”, “quarterly” and “yearly” summary meetings for continuous improvement projects. | |||||||||||||||||||||||

| Job Requirements | Language | Proficient in English and Mandarin, able to communicate with colleagues in English and Mandarin respectively | |||||||||||||||||||||
| Experience | 1+ years of manufacturing lean or project management experience | ||||||||||||||||||||||
| Education | Bachelor degree or above, management major is preferred, those with the same degree, those who hold Lean Management or Lean Lean Six Sigma-related certification are preferred | ||||||||||||||||||||||

| V. Work Environment: Offices, production sites, where employees are occasionally exposed to extreme heat. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Safety requirements for this position are safety glasses and iron-toed work boots. | |||||||||||||||||||||||
