Job Summary:
The Delivery Owner is responsible for driving the successful delivery of technology initiatives in close collaboration with Product Management and internal departments. This role ensures alignment between strategic business goals and execution plans, enabling high-quality, timely delivery of value to customers. This position plays a critical role in enabling the adoption and adaptation of agile values, principles and mindset while ensuring successful implementation across the organization.
Essential Duties:- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver digital and technology solutions on time and within scope by managing the end-to-end lifecycle and implementing delivery frameworks tailored to business initiatives
- Act as a liaison between technology, product management and other departments facilitating transparency, communication, and marketing efforts to ensure effective implementation
- Help resolve impediments with internal departments to support the successful delivery of value in alignment with organizational goals and objectives
- Partner closely with the Product Management team to align roadmaps, prioritize backlogs, and translate business needs into actionable delivery plans
- Communicate progress, challenges and successes to senior leadership and stakeholders to ensure technical alignment and transparency
- Promote and implement the use of modern development tools and technologies including test-driven development (TDD), continuous integration (CI), and continuous deployment (CD).
- Develop and track key performance indicators to measure and provide regular reports and insights to leadership on team performance, technical debt and progress
The ideal candidate with have an intermediate level of experience, generally 5+ years, in product management, financial products and agile methodologies, preferably within the finacial services industry.
Preferred Skills:What we are looking for:
Experience in technology delivery, project management, or product ownership
Experience collaborating closely with Product Management and the business to translate strategic objectives into executable delivery plans.
Ability to drive metrics and KPIs for team performance, delivery velocity, and value realization.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills for reporting progress to senior leadership.
Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000. This range is a good faith estimate of the compensation to be offered for this position based on the ideal candidate’s qualifications, the Company’s operational needs, and other considerations permitted by law. The actual pay offered to a specific candidate may vary above or below the stated range.
