· Collaborating with quality personnel for the implementation of systems, procedures, and standards of operation.

· Conducting quality audits to ensure that the quality policies are being adhered to.

· Training quality assurance for building a strong work unit.

· Establish procedures for sampling, recording and reporting data.

· Ability to promote a safe environment.

· Works well with others.

Qualifications

· BSc /BA business administration or relevant field

· Proven experience as a quality supervisor

· A result driven approach and a keen eye for detail

· Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

· Excellent organizational and leadership skills

· Proficiency in MS Office and Excel

· Excellent Math abilities

· Demonstrated knowledge of data analysis / statistical methods
