What You’ll Do

• Operate heavy equipment such as loaders, dozers, haul trucks, and excavators.
• Keep production running smoothly while maintaining a safe and efficient site.
• Perform equipment inspections and light maintenance.
• Communicate clearly with teammates and supervisors to keep operations moving.
• Pitch in with general site duties and support your team wherever needed.
   

What You Bring

• Experience operating heavy equipment (mining or quarry experience preferred)
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and outdoors in all conditions
• Dependability — you show up ready to work and give your best every day

Addition Information

• Status: Full-Time, Non-Exempt
• Environment: Outdoor/plant setting with exposure to the elements
• Physical: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform essential job duties safely
