AUTOMOTIVE SALES CONSULTANT
Rairdon’s of Kirkland – Kirkland, WA | $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 total annual compensation
We’re currently looking for a motivated, customer-focused Used Car Salesperson to join our high-performing sales team. Whether you're a seasoned pro or someone looking to launch a career in the automotive industry, we provide the training, tools, and support you need to succeed.
Compensation: Full-time total annual compensation between $50,000.00 - $150,000.00; including 20%-25% commission on Front Payable Gross and $500.00-$1,000.00 Bonus potential based on tiered qualifying monthly performance, subject to terms of pay plan.
Up to $3,000.00 sign on bonus potential D.O.E. – Half paid on first pay date and half at 90 days according to terms of pay plan.

- Paid Time Off (PTO): All new employees earn 1 hour of paid time off for every 40 hours worked in compliance with the applicable state paid sick leave law. Following 36 months of continuous service, full-time employees earn an additional 40 hours of PTO each anniversary year; following 120 months of continuous service, full-time employees earn 80 hours of PTO each anniversary year, according to terms of PTO policies.
What You'll Do:
- Greet and assist customers looking to purchase pre-owned vehicles
- Build rapport and qualify customer needs
- Present, demonstrate, and sell quality used vehicles
- Maintain product knowledge and stay up-to-date on inventory
- Follow up with leads and past customers
- Guide buyers through the vehicle purchasing process with transparency and integrity
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
