EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS, CREDENTIALS: Must possess high school diploma or equivalent. Two years of college education is preferred. Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet established deadlines, excellent organizational and time management skills. Two years of experience in service industry marketing is preferred.
RESPONSIBLE TO: Executive Director
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: The person in this position must be able to perform the following essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
1. Develop and implement sales/marketing plan for all company product/service offerings, consistent with market analysis, reflecting referral source targets.
2. Ability to effectively utilize both local and corporate resources in the execution of job responsibilities.
3. Identify and recommend development of new product/service/niche markets & offerings as well as current product/service enhancements.
4. Ensure that administration maintain up-to-date key account records including background, contact history, objectives, referral trends, etc.
5. Ability to develop an adequate knowledge of State, Federal and other regulatory requirements related to the Agency.
6. Maintain up-to-date information, as needed, on specifically assigned competitors including pricing and marketing strategies.
7. Report progress as well as barriers to goals and census development to the Executive Director.
8. Contact key accounts and other referral sources on a regular basis.
9. Perform sales calls on a routine basis.
10. Participate in short- and long-range planning for the agency and implement specific measures for agency growth.
11. Work with other agencies and promote good community relations through involvement in community events
12. Other duties assigned by Executive Director.
