Now, we’re seeking a Registered Nurse to help us maintain the highest standards of safety, patient-centered care, and operational efficiency.

The Opportunity
As a Registered Nurse at CSP, you’ll play an essential role in supporting surgical and clinical care from pre-op through discharge. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you'll coordinate safe, therapeutic workflows and ensure each patient receives thoughtful, high-quality care. You’ll directly impact outcomes in a fast-paced, professional environment focused on innovation and healing.

What You’ll Do:

Leadership & Clinical Accountability

• Provide comprehensive patient care using the nursing process, from admission through discharge
• Accept accountability for assigned clinical care, including supervision of support staff
• Document, evaluate, and communicate patient response to care

Compliance & Quality

• Adhere to nursing care standards and facility policies
• Recognize and report abnormal diagnostic data
• Maintain accurate and thorough medical documentation

Patient-Centered Operations

• Perform patient assessments and vital sign monitoring
• Develop care plans that align with patient needs and ensure continuity across shifts
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the care team to carry out goals

Professional Development

• Stay current through reading, conferences, and internal learning opportunities
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support patient and team success

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing required
• Active RN license in good standing required
• BLS certification required
• At least 1 year of experience in an OR or post-anesthesia care unit (PACU) required
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Certified Post-Anesthesia Nurse (CPAN) certification preferred
• Able to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods
• Lift/move up to 25 lbs and push up to 300 lbs
• Use both hands for handling or reaching
• Adequate vision and hearing to perform RN duties safely
