Registered Nurse (RN) – Night Shift (6 PM – 6 AM)

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
- Monitor patient conditions, vital signs, and responses to treatments, documenting findings accurately
- Administer medications and treatments safely and effectively
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and their families on health management and post-discharge care
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and hospital policies
- Respond promptly to emergencies and provide critical care as needed
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation

Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- Proven experience in a hospital or clinical setting, preferably in acute or critical care
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems and medical software
- BLS and ACLS certification (or willingness to obtain
