What You’ll Do

As a Laser, Press Brake Technician, you’ll bring precision and creativity together, working to process raw materials, including steel and stainless steel of various thicknesses through our state-of-the-art Amada 6000KW Fiber Laser and Amada Press Brake w/auto tool changer (ATC).

You’ll collaborate with a talented team to bring both simple and complex projects to life. You’ll create precision cut, bent and rolled materials for our fabrication teams to use in the creation of final products for our customers and our future Lithium Separator plant in Terre Haute Indiana.

Our shop is fully climate-controlled, ensuring year-round comfort, and equipped with cutting-edge technology including two 10-ton cranes and precision fixturing to aid in the assembly processes.

Your Work Schedule

At ENTEK, we believe in balance. Our attractive rotating shift schedule gives you a full-time career while still enjoying up to four days off per week:

• Week 1: Three 12-hour days
• Week 2: Four 12-hour days

Requirements

What Makes You a Great Fit

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Two (2) years of applicable experience
• Basic math skills
• Experience with cutting or press brake forming equipment.
• Experience using various hand tools, power tools, drill press, and load-moving equipment (i.e., pallet jack, dolly, forklift, etc.)
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret supplied documentation and instructions (including blueprints)
• Satisfactory results from a pre-employment fit-for-duty screen and a drug screen

Preferred Qualifications:

• Trade school program certificate; or
• Four (4) years related experience and/or training
