Position Summary:
The Sales and Operations Planner is responsible for aligning demand, supply, and operations of our OhmegaPly® RCM and our Ticer TCR® Resistor Conductive Materials, while ensuring export compliance, accurate quotations, and seamless order processing through the ERP system. This role requires a strategic, analytical, and detail-oriented professional who can coordinate cross-functional planning activities, manage customer quotations, ensure compliance with international trade regulations, and support ERP-related operations to maintain data integrity and process efficiency.
This role is best suited for a dependable team player who is comfortable wearing many hats, operating in a fast-paced environment contributing to the overall success of daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Demand Planning & Forecasting
- Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
- Analyze historical data, market trends, and customer insights to improve forecast accuracy.
- Monitor and report variances between forecasts and actual performance, recommending corrective actions.
Supply & Inventory Planning
- Translate demand plans and operational objectives into actionable production schedules.
- Coordinate with Procurement and Production to ensure optimal material and product availability.
- Coordinate with Finance and Operations for month end, and annual physical inventory audits.
Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Process
- Lead and coordinate the monthly S&OP cycle, consolidating data, insights, and recommendations for senior management.
- Lead weekly production meetings with cross functional team to review performance and upcoming production schedules.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs to track forecast accuracy, service levels, and inventory performance.
Order Processing & ERP Management
- Plan customer orders and collaborate with Sales to align order confirmation dates.
- Process and manage full life cycle of work orders (order entry to close) through the Acumatica ERP system.
- Maintain data integrity within the ERP by auditing order entries, pricing updates, and customer master data.
- Contribute to ERP process improvements, documentation, and training initiatives to enhance system usability and efficiency.
Export Compliance
- Participate in block level and corporate level export compliance meetings to ensure local alignment.
Communication and Collaboration
- Partner with Sales, Operations, Finance, Logistics, and Compliance teams to ensure seamless end-to-end planning and execution.
- Serve as a key point of contact for ERP order-related inquiries and system troubleshooting.
- Support management with scenario modeling, demand-supply balancing, and compliance insights.

Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering.
3–5 years of experience in operations planning, demand management, or supply chain within electronics or contract manufacturing.
Strong working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and BOM management.
Familiarity with export compliance (EAR), Incoterms, and international logistics.
Skills:
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with data visualization or planning tools.
Strong communication and collaboration skills across departments and global teams.
