Job Description

Office Manager provides secretarial and administrative support to Valley Intensivists Program Director and Physicians.

Education
High school graduate or equivalent required.

Experience
Oncology related experience required

Qualifications
Minimum of 50 wpm keyboarding rate preferred. Knowledge of medical terminology preferred. Must possess good public relations, interpersonal and organizational skills and be continuously attentive to details. Must be able to handle confidential and other sensitive information appropriately. Ability to compose or prepare finished documents from outlines or brief instructions highly desirable. Computer knowledge and experience including "Windows" and word processing required, "MS Word" and "Excel" strongly preferred. Knowledge of AS400 functions preferred.
