You’ll be working in investment banking operations, the backbone of our organization. We’re responsible for managing processes for performance, control and efficiency. We collaborate across the Investment Bank, Wealth Management and Asset Management to enhance our front-to-back delivery, while standardizing and simplifying processes and infrastructure.

We’re looking for a candidate who:
• has completed or is completing their A-levels (or equivalent) between 2024 and September 2026
• has achieved or is on track to achieve ABB at A-level (or equivalent)
• has achieved grade 5 in English Language GCSE and grade 6 in Maths GCSE
• has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
• is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
• is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines

This Apprenticeship will last four years. You’ll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm. You’ll be right at the heart of our business, learning from your colleagues, taking part in day-to-day operations.

You’ll begin with a Level 4 Investment Operations Specialist apprenticeship and move onto a Level 6 Financial Services Professional apprenticeship. It includes a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Level 1 and/or the Chartered Banker Institute (CBI) qualification, which culminates in a BSc (Honours) Applied Finance degree.
