You will be a Product Senior Manager at Missiles and Fire Control - Camden Operations. Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) is a recognized designer, developer, and manufacturer of precision engagement aerospace and defense systems for the U.S. and allied militaries. MFC develops, manufactures, and supports advanced combat, missile, rocket, manned and unmanned systems for military customers that include the U.S. Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, NASA, and dozens of foreign allies.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Product Senior Manager, you will be responsible for managing all quality, schedule, and cost targets associated with the program's production activities in Camden. Your responsibilities will include:
• Managing a matrixed production support staff
• Developing and maintaining production schedules to meet contractual commitments
• Resolving manufacturing issues
• Managing program budgets (EVM),
• Coordinating with Safety, Security, PP&C, Global Supply Chain, and IT to ensure successful builds that meet contractual timelines
• Representing the partnership between the program office and the Camden facility

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
