Our current Global Key Account Manager is moving into a new internal opportunity, and we are now seeking their successor. This is a unique chance to step into a high-impact role, managing and growing strategic relationships with some of Jotun’s most important global customers in the Marine and Protective segments. This is a global position reporting to our Global Sales Director, Infrastructure.
The preferred location for this role is in the UK based at our London Office.
Responsibilities:
Develop profitable business within the assigned Global Key Accounts in Marine and Protective, with focus in civil infrastructure, commercial and industrial buildings, etc.
Support the development of non-buying key accounts in the Infrastructure customer group by collaborating closely with Jotun’s global network.
Enable and align a decentralised sales organisation by sharing clear strategies, business plans, tools, and best practices.
Provide customer and market intelligence to internal stakeholders to support innovation and value creation.

What we look for:
Proven track record of success in sales and global key account development.
Experience in enabling and aligning a decentralized sales organization through clear communication, shared tools, and best practices.
Exceptional ability to build trust, collaborate, and influence a broad network of internal and external stakeholders across cultures and functions.
Strong understanding of Infrastructure market and industry practices; an extensive customer network is highly desirable.
Flexibility and willingness to undertake significant international travels.
