· AdventHealth Tampa, a faith-based not-for-profit 626-bed tertiary-level acute care hospital located in the uptown district of Tampa, Florida, specializes in advanced cardiovascular medicine, neuroscience and neurology, digestive health, orthopedics, women’s services, pediatrics, oncology, endocrinology, bariatrics, wound healing, sleep medicine and general surgery including minimally invasive and robot-assisted procedures. GME programs on the hospital campus currently include general surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, internal medicine and transitional year.

The role you’ll contribute:
Responsible for key tactical and operational enhancements for Imaging services. This position concentrates efforts to ensure overall Imaging satisfaction within the division, and maximizes growth opportunities by leveraging expertise in medical-related field sales. Other tasks include addressing both cultural and operational needs of Imaging services required by physicians, and performing tasks accurately and efficiently.

Manages relationships with key Imaging customers by understanding their needs and providing exceptional service.
Develops targets in the assigned territory by analyzing market trends and identifying potential customers.
Conducts thorough needs assessments to identify specific requirements of imaging stations, including equipment, software, and workflow processes.
Customizes solutions to address any gaps and ensures compatibility with existing systems.
Develops and presents comprehensive clinical training programs tailored to the needs of imaging staff.
Provides hands-on training sessions, instructional materials, and ongoing support.
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
· Bachelor's degree required
· 2+ Related Experience required
· Valid Florida driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance to include liability and property damage coverage required
