Summary of Position: The Clinical Informatics Director directs Kintegra’s clinical informatics and health information management departments. The director designs and implements the organization’s clinical systems and data to improve patient care and operational results, establishes initiatives to improve systems or integrate new systems, stays up to date with new trends and technology, strategizes and optimizes processes for records processing and release of information in accordance with federal and state laws, communicates and collaborates with senior management and other departments to ensure organizational initiatives and strategies align with broader goals, creates functional strategies and objectives to support functional infrastructure (e.g., budgets, policies, and procedures). | |
Minimum Qualifications and required Skills:
Education: Master’s in Nursing (Nursing Informatics Preferred), Health Information Management or Computer Science related field.
Professional Licensure/Certification: RN | |
