This leader is the captain of the ship and has the innate ability to not only inspire and motivate their team but also has the ability to quickly defuse any issues that arise. You will be on the front lines and must have the ability to act decisively but also know when to seek feedback. You will work closely with all front of house operations team to ensure that maximum collaboration, productivity and guest service is achieved.
Requested Tasks:
- Lead, motivate and develop Team Members
 - Effectively manage the operations and hold Team accountable
 - Develop and maintain interdepartmental relationships
 - Coordinate the quality, efficiency and satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues and make improvement accordingly
 - Respond to inquiries with accurate information
 
Requested Capabilities:
- Prior experience highly preferred
