The position: We are looking for an industrial cleaner to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who can perform heavy duty tasks in common areas and vacated and occupied units in high-rises, mid-rises, townhouses, scattered sites, and garden community apartments. Please note that this is a temporary full-time position with an estimated end date of April 3, 2026.

The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience and/or training in the industrial cleaner trade
What will you do?
- Wash walls, ceilings, woodwork, floors, cabinets, and other surfaces in vacated apartments
- Perform basic janitorial cleaning duties, such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, emptying trash, and cleaning windows
- Perform industrial cleaning in units, including sanitizing the unit after a deceased body
- Clean up after fires in a building or unit
- Strip, wax, scrub, and polish floors. Shampoo carpets.
- Remove garbage from units and maintain cleanliness of garbage areas
