GENERAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
● Practices a culture of safety.
● Communicates with production and sales management to handle incoming/outgoing shipments.
● Accepts and offloads full and less-than-full truckloads of goods and supplies using a pallet jack and/or forklift.
● Is responsible for ensuring incoming shipments match the BOL and Inbound Freight Receipt and are not damaged or missing anything.
● Is responsible for storing and organizing incoming goods in the dry storage warehouse and cooler respectively.
● Preps, stages, and loads outgoing shipments of packaged products.
● Takes a weekly inventory of raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished products and adjusts the recorded inventory as needed.
● Assists packaging teams with storing newly packaged products, using a First-In First-Out structure.
● Uses work trucks to deliver or pick up supplies on various occasions when necessary.
OTHER DUTIES
● Keeps management informed of safety issues, equipment needs, or product issues within their job position.
● Actively corrects, improves, or enlists assistance to correct or improve safety issues, equipment needs, or morale issues within their job position.
● Keeps the warehouse and cooler clean and organized.
● Ensures anything shipped or received gets properly recorded.
● Follows all Standard Operating Procedures for processes set by management.

PHYSICAL/ MENTAL DEMANDS
● While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand, walk, talk, and listen. The employee is required to be on their feet for a large portion of the day/shift. The employee is required to stoop, kneel, or crouch; reach with hands and arms; use hands to finger, handle, or feel tools or controls; must be able to lift and/or move heavy objects including kegs and full glass racks; must be able to move 150 pounds of mass off the ground.
● Must be able to sustain constant mental and visual attention.
● Must be able to work in a warehouse environment with powered industrial trucks.
WORKING CONDITIONS
● Production environment, including hot areas, sharp objects, heavy machinery, fast moving equipment.
● Packaging environment, including heavy equipment, conveyor belts, rotary filling mechanisms, fast moving equipment, and multiple pinch points.
● Flexible schedule that can vary from week to week; work required Monday-Friday.
● Flexible with duties; the ability to fill in on other trained roles as needed.
