As we expand across the UK and Europe, we are seeking a highly credible Business Development Director to lead our new business acquisition efforts within the Out-of-Home (OOH) food to go sector.


The Opportunity

  • This is a senior business development and market-growth role, responsible for identifying, developing and closing new commercial opportunities.
  • You’ll drive expansion through enterprise clients, as well as via operator, vending and contract catering partnerships, working closely with the VP Sales and the wider 365 leadership team.
  • The role requires someone with strong market insight, sector relationships and the energy to translate opportunity into results, supporting 365’s wider growth ambitions.

Requirements

  • Deliver and exceed new business targets across the UK market.
  • Develop and convert opportunities within Business & Industry, Hospitality, Travel & Leisure, Education and Healthcare.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with operators, vending companies, and facilities management providers.
  • Drive solution-based sales that connect client needs to 365’s ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with the VP Sales to shape commercial strategy and market approach.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation and onboarding.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing and Customer Success to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Represent 365 at industry events to enhance visibility and build pipeline.
  • Provide market feedback and insight to inform go-to-market and product decisions.


About You

  • Proven track record in B2B business development, enterprise sales or strategic partnerships within foodservice, vending or hospitality technology.
  • Strong network and reputation among contract caterers, workplace dining, FM and hospitality operators.
  • Experienced in solution and consultative selling, ideally with exposure to multi-site or multi-region operations.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and tenacious, able to operate independently and collaboratively.
  • Skilled communicator and negotiator, comfortable engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Commercially astute, confident in value-based discussions and ROI-driven selling.
  • Passionate about innovation and technology in the smart retail and foodservice space.
