> The role will require a person who is capable of statistical modelling, querying data, and quantitative analysis on complex issues to drive key initiatives forward to help rapidly grow our business
> The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated record of critical thinking, performing analysis, and partnering with other stakeholders to solve complex issues
Key Responsibilities:
> Lead development of centralized reporting infrastructure, to create efficiencies across multiple workstreams
> Enhance use of data visualization tools to shape organizational strategy and drive decision-making
> Conduct data analysis, querying, and statistical modelling to create analytical insights for senior management
> Support the development of strategies that help participants achieve financial goals through positioning of Morgan Stanley Wealth Management services and solutions
> Support ad-hoc technology needs internally within team and externally with stakeholders and partners
> Perform data analyses to help drive insights and conclusions, including financial modeling
> Partnering with stakeholders to evolve, integrate, and drive initiative strategy Experience:
> 2+(3+?) years in top-tier management consulting, engineering, technology, or financial services firm
> Experience in financial services preferred, Wealth Management expertise a plus
Skills Required:
> Data analysis experience and robust quantitative skills
> Proficiency querying data (i.e., SQL or Dataiku)
> Data Visualization (i.e., Tableau and/or Power BI)
> Advanced Excel
> Preferred: Proficiency with Python and R
> Detail and results-oriented individual
> Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at the same time; comfortably managing to tight deadlines and changing priorities
> Self-starter with a passion to deliver results
> Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
> Strong communication skills, including written and verbal communications
> Excellent interpersonal skills, including collaborative work style and professional maturity
