Your role:
Job Responsibilities:
• Conducts evaluations of engineering changes, assessing their impact on various business processes, and ensuring that all changes are implemented smoothly and efficiently, working under general supervision.
• Prepares detailed reports on configuration activities, presents findings to senior management and stakeholders, and provides actionable insights to improve configuration management processes.
• Consults with cross-functional teams to communicate, negotiate, and resolve implementation issues related to engineering changes, ensuring alignment and collaboration across all stakeholders.
• Develops and implements processes to ensure compliance with Food and Drug Administration (FDA) quality requirements and International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9000 guidelines, maintaining the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance.
• Leads change coordination activities, managing engineering changes for specific business units or sets of business units, and ensuring all changes are implemented accurately and timely.
• Determines root causes of configuration issues, implements corrective actions to prevent recurrence, and continuously improves processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Manages the configuration process, ensuring adherence to standards, quality norms, and regulatory requirements, and providing guidance to junior team members.
• Enhances the efficiency of change and quality management processes through continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging best practices and industry standards to drive excellence.
• Monitors the implementation of engineering changes to ensure they are executed as planned, meet quality standards, and align with project timelines and business objectives.


You're the right fit if:


Minimum required Education:
Bachelor's Degree/ Vocational Education in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or equivalent.

Minimum required Experience:
No prior experience required with Bachelor's Degree OR minimum 6 years of experience with Vocational Education in areas such as Quality Management, Product data Management, Configuration Management, Systems Management or equivalent.

Preferred Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Management, Systems supporting engineering changes e.g. SAP, PTC Windchill, Agile, Salesforce, Sofon etc.

Preferred Certification:
CM II Certification or equivalent.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
