Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced UiPath RPA Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of dedicated experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining robotic process automation (RPA) solutions using the UiPath platform. A strong technical background, particularly in C# and SQL, is essential for this role, along with a foundational understanding of business process modeling and workflow orchestration tools like Camunda.
Key Responsibilities:

Coding and Integration: Apply strong programming skills in C# for custom activities, complex logic, and integration components to enhance RPA capabilities.

Analysis and Optimization: Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand process requirements, identify automation opportunities, and continuously optimize existing bots for performance and stability.
Support and Maintenance: Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot production issues, and manage bug fixes and enhancements for deployed bots.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including Solution Design Documents (SDD), Test Plans, and Operational Handover Documents.
Workflow Knowledge: Utilize basic knowledge of Camunda or other BPMN/workflow tools to understand end-to-end process orchestration and integration points with RPA solutions.
Best Practices: Ensure adherence to development standards, governance models, and security best practices within the RPA lifecycle.
Technical Skills
Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on, professional experience as an RPA Developer, exclusively or predominantly using UiPath.
UiPath Proficiency:
Expertise in UiPath Studio (activities, debugging, error handling).
Deep understanding and practical experience with the REFramework (Robotic Enterprise Framework).
Proven experience with UiPath Orchestrator for deployment, scheduling, asset management, and queue handling.
UiPath certification (e.g., Advanced RPA Developer) is highly desirable.
Technical Skills (Must Have):
Strong programming foundation in C# (or other object-oriented language with proven ability to quickly adapt).
Excellent skills in SQL (T-SQL, PL/SQL, or similar) for data querying, manipulation, and database interaction.
Business Process Knowledge: Solid understanding of business process modeling and analysis.
