What are your daily challenges:
We are looking for an enthusiastic young professional to strengthen the team - Dispute Management. This department is responsible for chargeback & disputes and much more. Responsible for research and resolution of customer chargebacks. Requires detailed transaction research, analytical skills, and documentation of actions taken, cardholders, and others as appropriate. Applies bank and card industry regulations and practices in resolving disputes. May also compile aggregate statistics on chargebacks for use by the company in identifying patterns and improving overall customer service.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Manage merchant disputes on behalf of our clients, ensuring timely and fair resolutions.
  • Review and analyze dispute documentation and evidence provided by merchants to assess validity and impact.
  • Prepare and deliver daily reports detailing case status, metrics, and recommended actions.
  • Participate in daily escalation meetings to discuss high-priority cases and determine next steps.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of each merchant’s business model to enhance the analysis of documentation and evidence.
  • Contribute to the development, maintenance, and monitoring of the departmental Service Level Agreement (SLA).

Key Qualifications:

  • English proficiency at a high level (excellent written and spoken communication)
  • Bachelor's degree 
  • Creative problem-solver with a demonstrated ability to identify inefficiencies and implement more efficient ways of working
