Incumbent Employee from a Client Transition

• Develop and implement tailored Sustainability & ESG consulting services for clients across the real estate sector.
• Collaborate with clients to define their sustainability goals and strategic roadmaps, supporting execution through clear action plans.

• Provide technical insights and data-driven recommendations to guide informed ESG-related decision-making in the client’s best interest.
• Evaluate, improve, and report on the ESG performance of real estate assets and portfolios, including those managed, or developed by C&W.
• Create innovative tools, models, and processes to streamline building certifications (LEED, WELL, BREEAM, etc.), focusing on clarity and communication of sustainability data for key stakeholder.
