Customer Account & Contract Management
• Manage end-to-end customer contracts, ensuring clarity on terms, execution, and compliance.
• Act as a single point of contact for Market Access customers, managing expectations and ensuring alignment across BUs.
Operational Coordination & Execution
• Oversee operational coordination across involved BUs (FF, FTWZ, Domestic Logistics, etc.) for imports, exports, and domestic flows.
• Ensure smooth execution of agreed SOPs and timely resolution of issues.
• Set up and run regular customer review meetings to track performance and build trust.
Commercial Support
• Ensure timely billing and collection from customers, aligning with finance and credit control policies.
• Monitor contract execution against agreed commercials to safeguard profitability.
Stakeholder Management
• Work closely with vertical sales teams, central solutioning, finance, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Engage with global MA teams for customers and contracts involving international trade
Reporting & Insights
• Provide accurate MIS and updates on account performance, highlighting risks, opportunities, and improvement areas.
• Share learnings and feedback from customers to improve Market Access delivery models.
5. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree, preferably with specialization in Supply Chain, International Trade, or Business.
• 7–10 years of experience in supply chain sales or customer support, with exposure to FF, FTWZ, and domestic logistics.
• Experience in consumer sector preferred.
Technical Knowledge
• Strong understanding of Export/Import procedures and documentation.
• Conversant with domestic supply chain services like warehousing, multi-modal transportation etc.
• Exposure to Supply Chain technologies like WMS / TMS etc. is highly preferable
• Familiarity with supply chain contracting solution design and account management.
• Basic financial acumen (billing, collection, cost monitoring).
Skills
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple BUs and functions.
• Strong problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and customer service orientation.
