Airbus is looking for a Servicenow / Monitoring Support Intern to join in Bangalore, India.
The successful candidate will assess and understand business needs and translate such into IT solutions.

Engineering graduate/post-graduate
Working closely with Leads/Product Owner to analyze, assess and understand business needs and translate such into IT solutions
Maintaining Servicenow / Monitoring platforms via high-available, scalable, secured, monitored systems and services
Essential Skills
Hands-on experienceJava , Scripting or Python.
Knowledge about Incident, Problem, Change Management and Knowledge Management
High level of energy, strong drive & ability to adjust to changing priorities.
High Customer focus and proactive stakeholder management.
Experience with designing and implementing CI/CD and Pipelines will be added advantage
Experience on the API , Integrations etc
Experience on Linux or Unix environments
Others
Knowledge on some of the following products/tools: Servicenow , Splunk, BSM, Zabbix, etc..
Knowledge on Debugging and troubleshooting CI/CD pipelines, identifying build failures, misconfigurations, or deployment issues across various environments.
Knowledge on Servicenow / Monitoring Applications
Responsibilities:
Perform root cause analysis for critical incidents & trend analysis for proactive measures
Report in Airbus defined template and fill all details
Autonomy with excellent communication skills to work in a multi-functional and distributed team
Provide accessibility and analysis RCA, L2, L3 support
Ability to work on the Service Now tool.
