We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Project Manager with over 12 years of IT project management expertise, specifically with extensive exposure to ServiceNow platform implementations. This role is crucial for the end-to-end delivery, governance, and successful execution of ServiceNow programs across various modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, ITAM, SecOps, and IRM. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong project leadership, a deep functional understanding of ServiceNow, and excellent client engagement skills.Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Delivery: Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of ServiceNow projects, ensuring adherence to agreed timelines, budgets, and scope.

Governance & Compliance: Define and manage project governance models, ensuring compliance with PMO and organizational standards.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with architects, developers, business analysts, and functional consultants to align projects with business goals.

Multi-Module Management: Manage implementations across multiple ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, ITAM, SecOps, and IRM), ensuring seamless cross-functional integration.

Resource & Vendor Management: Oversee resource allocation, capacity planning, and coordination with vendors.

Stakeholder & Executive Communication: Drive stakeholder engagement through steering committee meetings, status reporting, and executive-level communication.

Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.

Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and minimize technical debt throughout the delivery process.

Pre-Sales Support: Contribute to pre-sales activities, including project scoping, effort estimation, and proposal preparation.

Process Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement, promoting Agile/DevOps practices and innovation in project delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

Project Management Expertise: 12+ years of project/program management experience in IT service delivery.

ServiceNow PM Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of ServiceNow project management experience across ITSM and at least two additional modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, ITAM, SecOps, and IRM).

Large-Scale Program Delivery: Proven track record of delivering large-scale, global ServiceNow programs with distributed teams.

ServiceNow Lifecycle Knowledge: Strong understanding of the ServiceNow implementation lifecycle (requirements, design, build, test, deployment, hypercare).

Methodology Proficiency: Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall delivery methodologies.

Financial & Resource Management: Excellent skills in budgeting, cost control, and resource planning.

Communication & Engagement: Strong experience in stakeholder management and executive communication.

ITIL & ESM Knowledge: Functional understanding of ITIL v4 and enterprise service management.

Business Development Support: Ability to engage in pre-sales discussions, create Statements of Work (SOWs), and support RFP/RFI responses.

Preferred Qualifications

Project Management Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or PMI-ACP certification.

ITIL Certification: ITIL v4 Certification.

ServiceNow Certifications: CSA, CIS (ITSM/ITOM/HRSD/CSM/ITAM) are highly desirable.

Ecosystem Experience: Experience working with multi-vendor ecosystems and offshore/onshore delivery models.
