Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in a customer or client-facing role supporting vendor operations.
- 5 years of experience managing third party logistics relationships.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in procurement and contract management lifecycles.
- Experience with audit operations.
- Experience building product requirement documents, with an interest in improving user experience.
- Experience leading implementation of security risk and compliance frameworks for security programs.
- Knowledge of applicable global privacy laws, regulations, and binding legal commitments.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities
- Partner with the Contracts and Solutions Lead to deliver solutions consultations for GVO on pilot programs, new programs, and experimental vendor engagements.
- Manage the timely processing of commercial term updates to SOWs and order forms, and manage the data ecosystem of vendor engagements.
- Develop financial cost models, including total cost of ownership (TCO) analyses.
- Design and implement process improvements to automate or enhance legacy systems.
- Design and build a variety of vendor governance compliance programs in coordination with other GVO teams and broader Risk and Compliance cross-functional teams.
