C++ Engineer Contractual Role : The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality applications. They will also be responsible for designing and implementing testable and scalable code. 

We are seeking a Medical Device Software Engineer with C/C++ experience to join our team. As a member of our team, you will work in a fast-paced environment where your problem-solving skills will be put to the test. You'll use your expertise to develop software for medical devices, with a focus on navigation software for joint replacements in the knee/hip domain, and robotics. You'll need to be familiar with healthcare regulatory requirements and have experience in medical imaging. 

Please note this is a contractual position (3-6 months) with us.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement software for healthcare and medical devices using C/C++ to ensure optimal performance and safety
• Sound working knowledge in data structures, algorithms, creating end-to-end applications with focus on performance is a must.
• Work with medical imaging systems to provide the best quality images for healthcare professionals
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulatory requirements to meet safety and security standards
• Work closely with other team members to solve complex problems related to software development for medical devices
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) to ensure high-quality software

Requirements:

• Relevant experience of at least 5+ years in C/C++, Qt, Python
• Flair for solving complex problems because we're always innovating
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment because we need someone who can take ownership of their work and collaborate with others
• Strong communication skills because we value clear and effective communication

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science/Electronics and Communication or related field
