Job Description:

Job Description 1.Driving the compliance framework of the organization in line with applicable laws, regulations and internal policies. 2.Managing training and communication on mandatory compliance modules and policies within the organization. 3.Employee engagement in providing guidance on compliance matters, collaborating with various departments and stakeholders to strengthen the visibility to the compliance programs. 4.Devloping and improvising internal controls, processes and policies to foster ethical conduct in the organization and work closely on automations, if any to that effect. 5.Assist in driving various anti-corruption and ethical conduct initiatives and processes across the organization including managing Client RFPs. 6.Managing third party risk assessment for Vendors and Clients from Anti-Corruption /Fair dealing and Trade Sanctions perspective. 7.Oversight on the gift and entertainment register to ensure legal preapproval on applicable expenses for Clients and Vendors especially with State owned Entities and related parties. 8. Supporting the investigation process by establishing contact with the reporters/whistleblowers, follow up with investigators, analysis of evidence and provide data driven recommendations and assistance in preparation of investigation reports. 9.Managing the Speak up channel and repository of cases including managing the complaint log database and having oversight on investigations and disciplinary actions. 10.Promoting a culture of compliance by conducting trainings and engagement for proactively reducing instances of misconduct and promoting speak up without the fear of retaliation. 11.Assist in quarterly reporting to the Senior Management and Board. Skills 1.Excellent communication and drafting skills 2. Good analytical skills and problem-solving abilities 3. Well versed with general ethical conduct and understanding of relevant laws, regulations and industry standards 4. Strong regulatory knowledge namely with respect to Foreign corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and UK Bribery Act. 4.Strong ethical integrity and ability to adapt to change. 4. Presentation and Governance Reporting skills. Qualifications LLB/LLM Employee engagement background preferred Minimum 2 to 8 years of work experience in legal and compliance. Relevant experience in managing whistleblowing platform/channel
