Our mission is to drive innovation and excellence in automotive engineering, digitalization, and sustainable mobility solutions, shaping the future of mobility.%3C/p%3E%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3E%3Cp data-start=%22524%22 data-end=%221290%22%3E%3Cstrong data-start=%22524%22 data-end=%22549%22%3EKey Responsibilities:%3C/strong%3E%3Cbr%3E• Perform NVH (Noise, Vibration %26amp; Harshness) CAE analysis for full vehicle load cases and subsystem evaluations.%3Cbr%3E• Develop and validate NVH models using appropriate simulation tools and methodologies.%3Cbr%3E• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments and external partners for NVH development activities.%3Cbr%3E• Interact with customers for technical discussions, issue resolution, and performance improvement proposals.%3Cbr%3E• Conduct MBS (Multi-Body Simulation) for dynamic vehicle behavior and NVH performance prediction.%3Cbr%3E• Prepare and interpret analysis reports to support design optimization and root cause identification.%3Cbr%3E• Support continuous improvement in NVH simulation methods, automation, and correlation processes.%3C/p%3E%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3E%3Cp data-start=%221292%22 data-end=%221903%22%3E%3Cstrong data-start=%221292%22 data-end=%221327%22%3ERequired Skills and Experience:%3C/strong%3E%3Cbr%3E• Expertise in Automotive NVH CAE with strong knowledge of NVH load cases and analysis methods.%3Cbr%3E• Experience in MBS simulation and full vehicle NVH analysis.%3Cbr%3E• Proficiency in CAE tools such as ANSA, HYPERWORKS, NASTRAN, ANIMATOR, METApost, SIMPACK, MATLAB, and Excel VBA.%3Cbr%3E• Solid understanding of structures, Strength of Materials, and Finite Element Analysis (FEA).%3Cbr%3E• Experience in Body-in-White (BiW) and Closures domain.%3Cbr%3E• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.%3Cbr%3E• Experience interacting with global teams and external stakeholders.%3C/p%3E%3C/li%3E%3C/ul%3E%3C/div%3E%3C/div%3E%3C/div%3E

• Educational Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Mechanical / Automotive Engineering or related discipline.
  • Additional certifications in CAE, NVH, or simulation tools (if any) will be an advantage.

• Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):
  • Working knowledge of German language and exposure to German engineering standards.
  • Experience with Daimler systems, NVH correlation processes, or international project collaboration.
  • Good understanding of CAE automation and data post-processing using Excel VBA or MATLAB.
