About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Pre-Sales & Solutions Lead with a strong background in Travel, Transportation & Logistics (TTL) and/or Retail, Consumer & Goods (RCG) industries. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving customer engagements by understanding business challenges, crafting tailored solutions, and supporting the sales process through technical and domain expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify and qualify opportunities in the TTL and RCG domains.
- Engage with clients to understand business requirements and pain points, and design innovative, value-driven solutions.
- Prepare and deliver impactful presentations, solution demonstrations, and proof-of-concept (PoC) sessions.
- Develop solution proposals, RFP responses, and cost estimations aligned with customer needs and organizational capabilities.
- Partner with product and delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions are technically feasible and commercially viable.
- Contribute domain expertise in shaping go-to-market strategies and reusable solution frameworks.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies, digital transformation trends, and competitive offerings within the TTL and RCG industries.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 6–12 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, or Business Analysis roles.
- Strong understanding of TTL (Travel, Transportation & Logistics) and/or RCG (Retail, Consumer & Goods) industry processes and challenges.
- Experience in solutioning around Digital Transformation, Data & Analytics, Cloud, AI/ML, or Enterprise Applications.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical and functional solutions.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or equivalent degree in Business, Technology, or related fields.
- Experience working with global clients and large-scale transformation initiatives.
- Knowledge of leading technology platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, etc.) is an added advantage.
