You will be responsible for leading the acquisition, activation, and early retention of new drivers. This role is critical to ensuring a steady and high-quality supply of drivers, delivering a seamless onboarding experience, and driving early engagement.
You will be collaborating closely with both the France Local Operation team and the Bolt Central Operation Team, to optimize operational processes and achieve growth targets, leveraging driver performances on the Bolt platform
Develop and execute strategies to attract new drivers through both online and offline channels. Analytics and performance - you will be responsible for setting up and monitoring relevant KPIs to track the performance of the funnel performance to identify bottlenecks and conversion gaps, and implement targeted solutions to address them. Implement structured onboarding, training, and incentive programs that will support new drivers during their first weeks to maximize engagement and reduce early churn. Collaborate with HQ teams such as Central Operations, Product, Legal, Campaigns, and Marketing to retain, engage, and grow the program .Monitor market trends related to driver supply, including the volume of drivers licences, licensing cycle timelines, and other regulatory developments .
You have 4-5 years of experience in an analytical or operations position in Startups, Strategy Consulting or other relevant organisations. You have a first experience leading teams. You must be fluent in French and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills (Excel / Google Sheets required). Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Hands-on: you are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and act fast to implement initiatives. Comfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and eager to learn.
