The Jamestown Family Health Clinic (JFHC) operates a nationally recognized model of care dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered healthcare. Owned and operated by the Jamestown S’Klallam Tribe, JFHC is a Tribal Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) serving both Tribal citizens and non-Tribal community members. Your Role
We are seeking a Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) who values teamwork, connection, and compassionate care. In this role, you’ll provide comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages from newborns to seniors supported by an experienced, multidisciplinary care team and leadership committed to your success and well-being.
Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting physical exams, diagnostic evaluations, and managing treatment plans.

Providing preventive care, chronic disease management, and patient education to promote long-term wellness.

Performing therapeutic procedures and managing acute illness and injury.

Collaborating with our integrated care team to ensure coordinated, seamless patient experiences.

Managing medications in partnership with on-site clinical pharmacists.

Maintaining accurate documentation within the EPIC electronic health record system.

Participating in quality improvement, professional development initiatives, and program development activities.

Assisting with after-hours and weekend on-call coverage as scheduled.

Qualifications

Graduate of a Physician Assistant program accredited and recognized by the State of Washington.

National Certification (NCCPA) and active, unrestricted WA State PA license.

Current DEA registration and BLS/ACLS certification.

Clinical competence in primary care, chronic disease management, acute care, and medication administration.

Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and participate in program development.
