We have the job for you! SMILE STRAIGHT ORTHO is offering a full-time opportunity as a Sterile Tech at our WILMINGTON office. We are an upbeat team looking for an individual who has a passion for helping others and wants to make a positive difference in their community.

JOB TYPE: Full-time

SCHEDULE: MONDAY - FRIDAY

PAY: Starting pay $14.00

MONTHLY BONUS: up to $300 additional per month

EXPERIENCE: 1+ years in customer service

SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
• Clean and disinfect rooms after each patient
• Work chair-side with dentists, perform patient care, and general laboratory duties
• Take and process dental radiographs (x-rays)
• Teach patients appropriate oral hygiene strategies to maintain oral health  (e.g., tooth brushing, flossing, and nutritional counseling)
• Help patients feel comfortable before, during, and after dental treatment
• Provide patients with instructions for oral care following dental treatment procedures
