Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Networking
Develop and maintain relationships with local professionals, including mortgage lenders, title attorneys, real estate agents, and brokers.
Attend community and industry events to build brand awareness and generate consistent lead flow.
Actively represent Manuel Builders in community initiatives to strengthen visibility and trust.
Research market trends and identify new business opportunities.
Sales & Client Relations
Actively pursue and convert leads into qualified opportunities.
Conduct in-depth consultations with homeowners to assist with design selections, structural options, and budgeting.
Meet or exceed established sales goals (units and revenue).
Provide ongoing communication and support throughout the planning, design, and production process.
Maintain knowledge of competitors, market trends, and buyer preferences.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure sales goals and client expectations are met.
Marketing Collaboration
Partner with marketing professionals to identify target audiences and promotional opportunities.

Capture client stories and project content for marketing use.
