Compensation: In accordance with California law, the expected salary range for this position is posted with this position. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
Role Summary: St. Anne’s Family Services is seeking a proactive and experienced Facilities Project Manager to lead our Maintenance and Housekeeping teams. This role ensures all agency buildings are safe, functional, and welcoming for the children, families, and staff we serve. You’ll oversee day-to-day maintenance operations, coordinate remodels and construction projects, manage vendors, and ensure compliance with safety and building standards. This position also participates in the Facilities On-Call rotation to respond to after-hours or weekend facility emergencies as needed.
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 07:30 AM – 03:30 PM
- Location: St. Anne’s Family Services, 155 N. Occidental Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90026
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead the Maintenance and Housekeeping teams to keep all facilities clean, safe, and fully operational.
- Oversee preventive maintenance and repairs for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life-safety systems.
- Manage remodels, renovations, and small construction projects from start to finish.
- Supervise vendors and contractors—review bids, negotiate contracts, and track progress and quality.
- Participate in the Facilities On-Call rotation, responding to urgent maintenance needs after hours.
- Ensure compliance with ADA, OSHA, fire, and other regulatory and safety standards.
- Maintain facility records, maintenance logs, and equipment inventories.
- Partner with program and administrative teams to ensure facilities meet program needs.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5+ years of relevant experience (facilities, maintenance, and/or project management ) required
- Management experience required
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using computers and software tools – including email, work order systems, and project tracking platforms
- Ability to balance multiple priorities, stay calm under pressure, and think critically when challenges arise
