The US base salary range for this full-time position is $113,000-$162,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - Support treasury pre-close due diligence, deal funding, and post-close integrations for acquisitions and strategic financial investments.
- Analyze target company’s treasury operations, focusing on cash management structures, banking relationships, debt and financial risks.
- Develop and execute detailed integration plans to merge acquired company’s treasury functions into Google’s existing framework. Track project milestones and update workflow tools accordingly.
- Manage internal and external stakeholders, serving as the key point of contact to advocate for treasury within the context of fast-paced decision-making and a high degree of ambiguity.
- Partner cross-functionally to optimize problem-solving and increase efficiencies, leveraging banking relationships to achieve timely results.
