Direct and manage field personnel in the execution of residential electrical install, exterior door delivery and install, QC list completion, warranty for all products, and field window installs as needed.  Directing will require team member administration, scheduling and coordinating resources and services with the customer to achieve a high-quality customer experience.  Management pertains to accessing the necessary tools and equipment for the team to do the job, cost controlling  which can include pricing extras as necessary, documenting the process and evaluating superior methods and improvements on a continuing basis.
