Job Summary:

The Risk Management Administrator will work closely to support the Risk Manager with overseeing risk management practices, ensuring compliance, implementing strategies to reduce risk within the organization and managing claims.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Oversees the administration of claims related to risk management, including reviewing and ensuring proper documentation and investigation has been completed.
• Collaborates closely with various departments to facilitate the identification and management of risk across the organization.
• Ensure organization is compliant with relevant laws and regulations related to risk management.  This includes maintaining documentation and reporting on risk exposure and compliance status.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous dealership experience required.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
