Field Supervisor/ Security Trainer bei Crimson Security Service

Job Summary

Perform on-site quality inspections of customer locations to ensure quality customer service level expectations are met by Security Officers. Conducts spot evaluations of Officer performance, audits post knowledge of SOP's and facility operations. Ensures compliance with standards of conduct through on site performance observations. Fill in for any call outs during the 6am-6pm time frame.

Assist training department in Unarmed Training, Armed Training, CPR/First Aid/AED, Active Shooter, Defensive Tactics.

Skills & Responsibilities

• 
  Understand and enforce Crimson Security Service company policies and procedures
• 
  Ensure compliance with company policy and post orders through on the spot performance evaluations and observations
• 
  Conducts on-site quality assurance inspections as directed by operations management
• 
  Conduct weekly meetings with operations manager to ensure quality service is being performed.
• 
  Conduct in service training for posted Security Officers to improve overall performance and correct identified deficiencies
• 
  Initiate formal or informal counseling with Security Officers to improve overall performance
• 
  Prepare and submit detailed Site Inspection Reports to Operations Manager. Document all post visits and training conducted
• 
  Complete or Review Employee Evaluations
• 
  Prepare written performance warnings
• 
  Communicate with management in identification of service issues, equipment needs or field issues and suggested corrective action
• 
  Communicate with clients to ensure job satisfaction is being performed
• 
  Train and be prepared for all emergency situations at the client sites
• 
  Maintain and monitor the officer reporting system and train personnel as needed
• 
  Ensure the overall maintenance of company vehicles are being maintained
• 
  Weekly Vehicle inspections
• 
  Assist in scheduling and filling in open shifts when needed
• 
  Other duties as assigned
  

Required Competencies

 

• 
  Must be able to read, write and understand English
• 
  Must have a valid State of Tennessee Armed Security Officer License
• 
  CPR/AED/First Aid Certification
• 
  Handcuff/Spray/Baton Certification
• 
  Pass drug screen and background check
• 
  Must be eligible to work in the United States
• 
  Must have a valid Driver’s license and good driving record
• 
  Three-year, industry experience. (Security, Police, or Military)
• 
  Present professional and positive image
• 
  Ability to work independently
• 
  Capable of judgment in making field leadership decisions
• 
  Ensure field problems are escalated to management in a timely fashion
• 
  Possess the ability to apply common sense knowledge and technical skills to correct problems in the field
• 
  Embody Crimson Security Service values as a highly visible representative of the company
• 
  Possess the ability to train employees to perform tasks
• 
  Clearly and accurately prepare reports for the local office use, upon management direction
