WHAT YOU WILL DO:
As an AV Event Coordinator, you will support our client’s audio visual team in planning and executing corporate events. You will manage end-to-end event production, ensuring staff, venue, and technologies are aligned for the successful delivery of our client’s events program, which includes on-site, virtual, and off-site events. You will play a key role in identifying risks and opportunities, promoting team success, and ensuring each event reflects the client’s brand.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Coordinate and execute corporate events across various formats (on-site, virtual, off-site).
· Own end-to-end event logistics, including vendor management and burst labor coordination.
· Develop detailed production timelines and run-of-show documentation.
· Identify risks proactively and recommend corrective actions to management.
· Support internal communications and cross-departmental collaboration for event promotion.
· Establish success criteria and evaluate event impact through post-event reporting and scorecards.
· Contribute creative ideas to enhance event experiences.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
· Strong communication, negotiation, and budget-management skills.
· Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent events.
· Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and evolving environment.
· Experience in strategic event operations from concept to execution.
· Ability to set, drive, and measure KPIs and pipeline metrics for customer-facing events.
· Skilled in managing event assets and collateral to drive engagement.
· Excellent project management and problem-solving capabilities.
· Ability to build trust and collaborate across all organizational levels.
DESIRABLE CRITERIA:
· Experience with internal and external corporate events.
· Familiarity with Cruise’s brand and cultural principles.
· Creative mindset with a passion for innovation in event experiences.
· Experience in post-event analysis and reporting using scorecards and metrics.
