Event & Production Coordinator (Community + Retail Activations + Photoshoots)


Overview:
This role brings Olive & June’s brand to life through events and visual production. The Event & Production Coordinator will own the planning, production, and execution of community activations  as well as support campaign photoshoots. They’ll ensure every IRL and visual experience reflects Olive & June’s brand voice and delivers measurable results.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Production

    • Own planning and logistics for all community and retail activations (Coffee Walks, pop-ups, launch activations, Walmart/CVS/Target events, etc.).

    • Manage vendor sourcing, budget tracking, and shipping coordination.

    • Build scalable event kits and repeatable infrastructure for multi-city activations.

    • Develop post-event reports with attendance, content capture, and KPI analysis.

  • Photoshoots + Visual Production

    • Manage small to medium-scale brand photoshoots  including campaign shoots and community photography.

    • Coordinate pre-production (shot lists, styling, scheduling, location scouting) and day-of logistics.

    • Partner with Creative and Community teams to ensure deliverables align with brand storytelling and social strategy.

  • Creative Execution

    • Translate campaign messaging into physical and visual experiences.

    • Partner with Marketing and Creative on décor, signage, styling, and guest touchpoints.

    • Support capturing on-site content for social amplification and post-event storytelling.

  • Collaboration + Reporting

    • Partner with Community leads to integrate ambassador staffing and local amplification.

    • Collaborate with Ops on product shipments and with PR/Social for coverage and content capture.

    • Provide detailed post-event recaps and identify optimization opportunities for future experiences.

Ideal Background:

  • 3–5 years in event production, experiential marketing, or creative production.

  • Strong experience managing vendors, shoots, and on-site logistics.

  • Detail-oriented, solutions-focused, and highly organized under tight timelines.

  • Experience in beauty, retail, or lifestyle industries preferred.
