- Work Location: New Orleans, LA
- Competitive Salary: $55,000.00 / year + monthly auto allowance
- Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and more.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- This position may require long hours and weekend work.
- This is a full-time position, salaried, exempt position under the executive exemption.
- Travel: Daily visits to client sites within the market are expected.
Your Responsibilities
- Supervise daily security services to ensure high standards.
- Foster strong connections with clients and security officers, acting as the key liaison.
- Meet with clients regularly to address issues, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.
- Recruit, select, orient, train, and develop security staff to maintain high standards.
- Conduct site inspections, review reports, provide training, and ensure compliance.
- Maintain knowledge of post specifications, emergency procedures, and client policies.
- Assist in developing staffing schedules, budgets, and payroll.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as contracts.
- Recommend new security policies and procedures to improve efficiency and service quality.
- Follow progressive discipline for corrective actions.
- Other duties as assigned.
Your Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent experience, with a minimum of two years of management experience.
- Minimum 2 years in security operations management.
- 5+ years’ experience in a fast-paced, complex environment
- Prior military or law enforcement experience is a plus!
- Must pass an extensive pre-employment screening process
