The AI Practice Manager leads the strategy, development, and execution of GDT’s Artificial Intelligence services and solutions portfolio. This role is responsible for defining and expanding AI service offerings, assessments, and delivery frameworks while enabling internal teams—including sales and solution architects—through structured enablement programs.

Acting as a trusted advisor, the AI Practice Manager will partner with clients and internal stakeholders to design data-driven transformation strategies that accelerate business outcomes. This role will also identify, cultivate, and manage strategic technology partnerships to strengthen GDT’s AI ecosystem. The successful candidate combines business acumen, technical expertise, and leadership to ensure GDT remains at the forefront of delivering innovative, AI-driven solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Practice Strategy and Development

• Define and refine the overall AI services strategy aligned with GDT’s business objectives.
• Develop, document, and continuously enhance service offerings, assessments, and delivery methodologies for AI-based solutions.
• Collaborate with marketing and enablement teams to position GDT as a thought leader in AI transformation.
• Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to monitor practice health, growth, and profitability.

Sales Enablement and Client Engagement

• Partner with sales and client teams to identify opportunities and drive AI solution adoption across key accounts.
• Create structured enablement programs and sales playbooks to increase field readiness and pipeline conversion.
• Support account planning, pursuit strategy, and executive presentations to drive revenue growth.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to clients—translating business challenges into AI-driven solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.

Technology and Partnership Ecosystem

• Build and maintain relationships with leading AI technology partners (e.g., Microsoft, NVIDIA, OpenAI, AWS, Google).
• Evaluate and onboard emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks that enhance GDT’s AI offerings.
• Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure technical excellence and scalability of AI solutions.
• Represent GDT at industry events, analyst briefings, and partner councils to elevate brand visibility.

Thought Leadership and Governance

• Author white papers, blogs, and thought leadership materials highlighting GDT’s point of view on AI transformation.
• Develop frameworks for responsible AI governance, data ethics, and compliance across engagements.
• Provide guidance on best practices for AI strategy, MLOps, and model lifecycle management.
• Stay abreast of emerging AI trends, regulations, and technologies to inform strategic decision-making.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies, data platforms, and automation ecosystems.
• Proven ability to define, launch, and scale professional services offerings.
• Strong business development and go-to-market experience, including pricing and delivery models.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills—capable of engaging both executive and technical audiences.
• Demonstrated success building high-performing teams and managing cross-functional initiatives.
• Strategic thinker who can balance innovation with operational discipline.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree required, or equivalent experience in a related field.

Experience:

3–5 years’ experience developing, leading, and scaling professional services organizations with a focus on emerging technologies, innovation strategy, and go-to-market execution.
5+ years of experience with AI/ML, data analytics, or intelligent automation solutions—spanning both technical delivery and business development.
