This employee oversees operational and support functions for the Lincare Respiratory Care business and multiple center locations. Position requires travel and the ability to work independently with minimal direction.
JOB FUNCTIONS
- Oversees Area Center Managers and Center Operation Managers
- Assists in hiring and training Center staff employees
- Center Mangers, Operation Managers, Customer Service Reps, Health Care Specialists, SETs, Service Reps, and Liaisons
- Updates operational policies, procedures, and protocols to fit changing needs
- Maintains updated employee and center training materials and training programs
- Works closely with Lincare Area Sales Manager and local Sales Representatives to promote expansion and growth of Lincare Respiratory Business
- Monitors center management summary reports
- Works closely with Center staff to ensure customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and optimal revenue
- Oversees the profitability of the Area and implements and directs cost controls
- Implements Lincare Safety Programs with Center Staff
- Coordinates and oversees center on-call rotation and response
- Develops and submits reports as required
