Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician/Operator to join our team in our Clinton, OK facility. The ideal candidate is expected to support field equipment servicing and liquid product blending operations. This dual-role position offers hands-on work in a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth. 

Hourly Rate: $26/hr

Responsibilities

• Rig-up and maintain bulk tanks, transloading systems, and related field equipment.
• Respond to service calls and troubleshoot mechanical issues on-site.
• Perform repairs or replacements of faulty units.
• Assist with transloading bulk materials from rail cars to trucks or silos.
• Support warehouse operations, including safe handling and loading of materials.
• Blend liquid mud products to precise specifications.
• Conduct mud checks and ensure product quality before dispatch.
• Monitor and roll storage tanks to prevent settling.
• Inspect motors, equipment, and tank levels.
• Deliver small loads and equipment to customer locations as needed.
• Performs all other duties as assigned by the operations manager or other company management.

Requirements

• Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in industrial mechanics and maintenance.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Basic computer and phone skills are a plus.
