About the Program
Our Macon County Multipurpose Home serves youth referred by the juvenile justice system—young people who need structure, support, and a chance to change their paths. Our model focuses on teaching skills, building resilience, and interrupting cycles of negative behavior through care, accountability, and compassion.

About the Role
We’re looking for a dedicated Program Manager to lead daily operations and ensure the home provides a safe, therapeutic environment. You’ll manage staff, budgets, and programming while fostering strong relationships with residents, families, and community partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the group home and ensure quality care for residents

• Supervise and support a team of child-care professionals

• Manage budgets and resources responsibly

• Maintain compliance with agency and licensing standards

• Build positive relationships with community stakeholders and families

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, or related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience working with youth in residential or human services settings

• Prior supervisory experience required

• Direct care experience with adolescents and families
