Job Description
We are seeking an early to mid-career Electrical Engineer to support our EO/IR seeker and precision munitions products and related technologies. If selected, you will be part of the Hardware Team supporting production programs in the Franchise Program Portfolio – a major piece of our Precision Guidance and Sensing Solutions product line.Key Responsibilities:- Support board and system level troubleshooting on production floor.
- Identify and lead continuous improvement activities aimed at mitigating or eliminating problematic designs, build processes, and test plans.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional team to resolve supply chain issues.
- Participate as technical advisor to Failure Review Boards.
- Collaborate with external suppliers and internal procurement teams to meet program technical requirements. Support periodic audits of suppliers’ facilities and processes.
- Engage regularly with production floor personnel to improve processes and increase product quality.
- Provide technical assessments to Material Review Boards to resolve non-conformances. Skillfully present technical data to internal and external customers.
- Mentor more junior engineers and actively contribute to knowledge-sharing culture.
- Work within schedule and budget constraints and elevate concerns if challenges arise.
